The Fair (Ramira Houssier)

i understood that the Fair would not appear until level 30.

i am level 32 and she has not appeared for me on Central USA.

You have to complete the quest to capture the mayor. Once you do that the fair unlocks.

My fair was unlocked but whenever I went to go she was not there like it say in the map. Instead she was in another place closer by.

I'm level 30 and can access the Fair.

It was working fine until yesterday.

The Fair lady appears before the link in the Heroes window does. Around level 30 just check the whole place behind the cloudy stairs (near the armor lady, the bank, the castle entrance, etc.). The link in the Heroes window will appear when you advance in the quests.

Dumb question (still a noob I guess). The Fiar unlocked for me, I had the gems available, and the spot in my party open, so I purchased Saffron's card. But it didn't actually give me the char unlock. What am I supposed to do with it now? Did I just waste gems on trying to increase my party strength?

Ah, you didn't buy the hero, you bought the heros card. You have to recruit the hero, and then you'll be able to use that card that you bought to "sanctify" Saffron.

Grrreeaatttt (can ya hear the sarcasm!!!!) lol. So what benefits do I get from a "sanctified" hero - besides the extra cost (which is kinda a rip of as they don't make it clear your NOT getting the hero!) And thanks Jupitor for explaining!

There are several different bonus stats your hero can receive from being sanctified, some examples would be a bonus to life points, a bonus to morale, physical attack, skill attack, defense, magic attack...etc
