    Unhappy Cannot see my player name

    Cannot see my profile/character name. its blank plz help.Even no one can do private massage to me. Plz help or let me change my character name.

    Please click on the Support tab in the chat window while you're in game and let them know there. They should be able to fix it. Did you use special characters in your name?
