It says you shall not access or use so that should cover temporary use as well.

EDIT: otherwise this will be a loophole which players can exploit saying that the temporary use is still going on

How do you prove this? This happens a lot on my server, The guild is over seas. Americans run their accounts when they are sleeping. Visa versa for them as well. When Americans are sleeping they run their accounts. This happens all the time as well. I say American's so you get a general idea of the time zone.

That is why there are so many alts. It is impossible to prove that it is a violation of the ToU unless the original owner has died, there is proof that money was exchanged or there is proof that the same person owns the email address used to set up the accounts.
