I think I understand! It seems to mean that the more people bet on the loser, the more tickets they get. So the better the multiplier is for those who won, the better it is for those who lost as well. It is not the same, however, because the tickets were augmented for the losers and diminished for the winners.
If everyone bets on the loser, they might get 200 tickets on the 400 basic value.
Well, to be fair they did mention that is an oversight on their part, implying that is not intentional, so technically that can be regarded as a glitch and that is exploiting it.
But unless they actually do something about it that involves changes to how CSW is done (like when you can change formations etc) this will definitely keep on happening as it is rather hard to see on Tynon's side unless somebody is too explicit about it (as in keep on exploiting it once too often).

OK before we totally blow a gasket and this gets out of control again, there is no exploit or glitch. That match was 'fixed' so one could give another guildmate the CWF win. Dawnseeker was referring (I think) to the connotations of too much match fixing which could potentially lead to disgruntled players and a breakdown of the spirit of the competition.
EDIT: Sorry about the slight verve off-topic, just clearing up a misinterpretation.

Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems
Bet stats 35 bets on Winner and 177 Bets on Loser (this numbers include the player bets also)
i got 2248 Tickets with out gems - warfare finals
That match wasn't (as in, Yue's match), and I was not talking about that specific match.
I'm talking about the practice of fixing matches in such a manner so that the player's friends can get more tickets than they would otherwise (tell them that you're going to change formation right before the betting stops. Have them bet on the other player so that they will be in the minority because the power difference.). If Tynon believes that gaining benefits like this because some players know certain players and deceiving the rest of the whole community is an intended part of the game then I have nothing to say.
