OI am not seeing the correlation you are trying to make with a player level.

Level is meaningless so is the actual power number. Many players actually avoided leveling up. I have seen level 40 players with 10m power. With coining you can quite easily give yourself 2-3 times the damage power in banish as someone who doesnt coin at the same "level". To my understanding the cap was to stop us form progressing too fast. We are all progressing faster then the devs can keep up.
So raising the cap for a 6,25b defeats this purpose
