Since s1-10 have steady income and are in general very active means you could be looking at merging in 12-18 months time, depending on the merge roll outs. And having realm GWs tend to keep these servers active since more guilds are able to have the buffs rather than a single uber guild.
Those are a few of the criteria for server mergers, but your time frame is a wild guess. You have no idea when any server might be merging. Since you're a forum moderator and some people might mistake your guesses for information from the company, please don't guess.
