Most of the time. I have seen some comments that sound more authoritative than intended then.

Only when I'm doing my job as a mod then I have to sound authoritative, otherwise how can I be a mod? As a frequent flyer you should know this .

I tend to sound more 'official' than I am because I studied English, so I have a lot of vocabulary, I'm also in fact English too so there maybe a bit of Trans-Atlantic misunderstanding. American and British English have slight differences. So yeah combine that with the Forum Moderator title people often misinterpret my actual position here although myself, Jupitor and Andy have taken great pains to make it clear we aren't employees of Tynon or affiliated with uCool in any shape or form.

For the words of support, I was touched and I do thank you all for that. However, although the wording was a bit harsh (but probably not meant to) it did have a point. I certainly never meant it to come across as 'official' but I also can understand how some who aren't regular forum-goers might read that wrong. Note to self, don't try to be clever when suffering a cold-judgement seriously impaired.


That said, it's also clear much more has been made of this than it needed to be. Time to draw a lime under it and move on .

Server 1-30ish played best part of game without weekly events and strong competition.
No over rated powered heroes.
No help from servers before it.
Dbl the queue times
No CWF
Most of the top players from there have worked hard for it.
Players on Later servers have little to no competition had weekly events as they started. So gaining power quick is a lot easier.

Forgive me for saying this, but I think if you read that again, you will see a problem there. It's okay to sound authoritative if, but only if, you are the authority on the matter.

Two or three points. One you purposely took that comment out of context. I was referring (as you well knew) to when I'm moderating the forum and nothing else. I have to be authoritative when I'm modding, unicorns and rainbows won't cut it I'm afraid.

Secondly, save the barbs for in game. Doesn't impress me much and that final comment was entirely unnecessary. Quite frankly it makes you seem like you have a problem with the mods here.

Thirdly, I asked politely to drop the subject for the benefit of everyone, it has been done to death. If anyone has any more questions regarding this or any other subject in the forum, please PM one of us. Meanwhile Rocco if you continue with this subject with the intention of derailing a perfectly good thread for your own selfish needs, I will get very authoritative with you, savvy?

This whole issue should have been handled in private through messages, not posted publicly on the forums. Even though you do not work for them, this is still an internal and private issue and should have been handled as such from the beginning. Calling you out in public was very unprofessional.

its good to see some servers merging finally and the lag experienced after the merger is gone, so it seems to be a smooth run so far.
