HELP ME PLEASE- I cannot upgrade due to quest failure.

As a fairly new member to TYNON there's a really big stuff up with doing my quests... In the Cursed Highlands-Secret Tunnel the portal isn't open therefore I cannot enter the Dark Lab...yet somehow I have managed to bypass dark lab with it not opening and onto the next Zone...Now because this has happened I cannot grind for either Spirits or Relics forcing a non upgrade of my character as I need to grind for gun powder which is only found in these sections... Is there anyway TYNON could rectify this for me? If so who do I contact? I have tried to retrace my step and see if I missed anything and nothing....HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.
