help on veleno - Quest

hey guys thanks to yall ive beaten several bosses in quests, hero realm, and even royal challenge and i was wondering if you could help again im up against veleno and can only get him down to 45% i have 6.8 mil power and i use valla, cianna, shayd, ahmos nekhbet, and my main who is a blademaster any suggestions?

There is no quest item behind his back...

I'm currently 13mill power on server 14 and I'm stuck on this boss in quest mode.
Majority of my equipment is over lvl 20 and I still got no sub yet.
My talents are 40+ with PA talent 60+ and SOS 50+.
I currently got a few lvl 8 runes with about 5 lvl 9 runes.
Royal Arena I'm yet to defeat lance, but do have flavius's card and got no maria,

Puzzles me how I am still stuck on this guy and would appreciate some kind of form
