Stuck at 99% log in screen for Dawn of Ainos

Crashed this morning during a Heroic realm fight and after reloading I haven't been able to log in at all. I keep getting stuck at 99% on the loading screen. I've cleared my cache, cleared flash, reset my dns, tried 3 different browsers on 3 different computers and I still can't get onto Dawn of Ainos. I am able to log onto other servers just fine, but Dawn of Ainos will not load. This is not an issue with my ISP or my computer and I'm at a loss on what I can do now. I've submitted a ticket but any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this again on the Beta server. Best you'll get from a ticket is all the things you've already tried. It eventually resolved itself, but it took a month before I could log in again. I'm hoping it doesn't take as long this go around but I haven't logged in for almost 2 days now.

Try deleting the cache and cookies of your browser. 99% of the time this will help with that problem.

Have you tried clearing the browser Cache and the Flash Cache? The Flash cache is cleared at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then clicking on "Delete all sites". Shut down and restart the browser after doing that. It may not fix your problem but it is worth a try. You may also want to see if your Flash is downlevel. To do that right click anywhere on the game window and select "About Adobe Flash" It will open up a new tab with the info on the level available.
