i came to heroic realm to try my next boss, then my screen got frozen. didnt hve any idea of where my mouse moved and clicked actually
when its back to normal, i lost 200 gems -_- . spent 10 mins to finger it out, then i know i just accidently clicked on : EXECUTE and..did spend 200 gems to reset them instantly to get some damn plans
that sucks tynon.
if you want us to spend money, thats fine, this is a game and people need money, i know and completely understand it
But please please please. . put " yes or no " pop up question for players to make sue if they want to spend or just click it by accident.
you know, its like you are stealing my money.

Fill in a ticket using the support feature. I'm pretty sure they'll give them back to you. Tell them there should be a "confirm" feature.

Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket. You may get them back.

same happened to me except i deleted 2 lvl 4 chips, sent a ticket and they said they dont have time to restore things of this nature, I hope you get the gems back.
