Smoulder rules, all the rest of the gold heroes are just crap.... purples like Valla kick ass over those other golds too, you should make a Elite group.....let me see, Valla, Smoulder,Calvin ,Alexa, any other white hero you like. Once you have that group buffed , then you might have a reason to ask others here in your round about way to what hero you should "pick" next.....and do all the leg work for you.

Queen Brynhildr- my favorite Mage in the game her damage may be low, but her stun/hit rate are reliable IMO
General Alcibiades- He looks awesome, his moves are flashy, and he eats through any formation like a knife through butter.
Adamanti- A must have hero in any formation

Hate:
Smoulder- My go-to Strong hero in the beginning/Terrible endgame.
Shayd- you can either win big or lose big with her, and most of the time she makes me rage. So I exiled her from my formation completely even in Cerb/Baal
Maria- (Same as Smoulder)

Anyways, I like Aphrodite, General Alcibiades, Adamanti, Bloodstorm (before they changed his skill's name and yes I reserve the right to be superficial about that sort of thing).

I love my Adam. I love Bloodstorm. As much as Shayd has been maligned, she is still a keeper. Pompey, Khan, General Acid .... all good. Maria is awesome as is Herja (tho not gold).
