People will complain they missed the sign-up window if they start on different days every 2 weeks.
Sticking events on similar days every week gives routine that most like and some need.
Flexibility is nice though.

I wouldn't mind if it stays as is, or changes.

Incase you missed it tynon has now started sending out mails as soon as the CW window opens up so I don't think players would miss it. There is a 36hr signup period which is more the sufficient for all the active players they can increase the time also by 24 hrs or so if the want.

I would appreciate the change. I end up missing saturday nights a lot. Would be really nice if it ended on friday, then thursday, then wed, etc.

I haven't but I know of many who have.
