well if you look it has 9 star slots and 6 moon slots
so it goes to at least 15 if not 18 cuz the last 3 dont show
the cooldown timer starts when you start to move. Assuming that it takes 5 seconds to move from the starting position to fight start and assuming that you get a 20% improvement that means that you gain 1 second on every one minute round, That means that at most you would gain one round in 60 minutes. Since there are only 58 rounds possible, you gain nothing.

I'm pretty sure the speed increase is not working anyhow. I think the dev's may still be working on it. When done, I think it will be helpful.
I really like this new mount system. It's a good way to deepen things a little more. We've all wanted the mounts to add support to gameplay, and now they do. Thanks Tynon.
I'd like to see a little more depth though, honestly. More customization to set yourself apart from the rest. Maybe attach a skill to each mount that your leader can use, sort of like the skill scrolls. Each mount would have a different skill, which becomes more powerful as the player adds stars and feeds, etc.

I did a small test on the mounts speed. Started marching from the guard near the Sky pool to Guard near the Church.
With White horse mount - Took me 47-48 Seconds
With Tiger Mount - Took me 35-36 Seconds.
This its working fine with the Tiger mount as such.
