Let's not get angry over this. It's a forum and it's meant to discuss, not argue. We're all Tynon-friends after all, aren't we? We're like a big family and we help one another.
There was 1 bear left in my realm earlier today, and I noticed someone purchase a Bear in another realm, so I thought none were left. But when I went to the mount and saw 1 was left, I actually checked in another realm how many were left, and the number wasn't the same. Every realm can buy 10 bears. I do not know if it changes at reset; Deucalion might have a point. No one has seen what happens at reset yet since the patch went live. However, there is definitively a per realm thing.
For my part, I know that the number of bears and rhinos available never went back to their initial number after reset. At least, not on S106.
If I may make a suggestion though, the buffs for certain mounts are so impressive that mounts should not be limited. It's not just a matter of achieving a certain title anymore, but it's a matter of having access or not to a game changer buff.
Some people were not able to get certain mounts because they logged in later than others or didn't have the coins already piled up. I was lucky to have the coins already available for a white bear. I was about to get a rune to level 11 and burn all I had.
Also, it could be nice to be able to sell a mount you have, so that when you have invested on a mount but want to change it, it is not a total waste. This is especially important if Tynon removes the limit on their special editions, because people have bought mounts assuming there was a limit.
To me, having a limit on the number of white bear available is like having a limit on the number of people who can have 18 stars on a hero. It doesn't seem to make sense.
Weird if it's a per realm thing. Could you move to another realm to buy it and move back?... guess that doesn't matter if it resets though.
You know, the more I think about it, I could see a permenant limit being in place, as Tynon seems to work like this. Maria was limited, pretty much.
I'm hoping it does reset, for everyone's sake, but I guess It would'nt surprise me if it didn't. That would seriously upset some people, as we all can imagine.

The mount limits are realm based so oyu can still change your realm and buy them if they are still available. But i think the Dragon and Rhino are server based not sure about that though. I wouldn't mind seeing the white bear's limit being increased butt eh rhino and dragon's limit is good where it is because a lot of players will have to decide either to save for the mounts or lvl up runes and if the lmit is increased theri decision will be easier which should not be the case.

There is at the moment -1 white bear available in my realm. Weird.
The Rhino and Dragon are realm based too. I made sure to check with a buddy in a dif realm and he had a dif number than mine did. But sadly, the bears haven't replenished.

Well much toi my surprise, the number of bears etc did not restock at reset. Seems silly to me, but who knows if we complain enough I am sure that will change as well.
Regardless we need to add yet another new feature to this MOUNTS NEED A TRANSFER.
SO you can transfer a 10 star white horse to your bear and the bear gains say 80k out of the 102,200 exp it took to get the horse to 10 stars. The horse goes back to 0 stars of coure and the bear would be at whatever star level 80k exp is. Costs like 15m coins like a hero transfer
