    Why on earth would the person attacking a ship with 2 people on it be able to full heal inbetween fights? It should be just like the lab, you lose health for the next fight. The biggest player can sink every ship easily as he only has to fight 1 person. with 2 people back to back the ships actually have a chance of making it.

    This concerns me and the function does get away from the game. How can a person who is not on the water attack a boat which is on the water. This is definitely a design flaw. Unless the concept of phantom and invisible planes is making it into medieval history.

    A GREAT in genre IMPROVEMENT to pirates would be:
    1) To permit a person attacking a ship to predesignate which side of the map piece he wants to loot if he wins - logical given that both parts are on that ship of boarded, captured and sunk.
    2) Let people who sit with half a map on beach in boats be benevolently attacked by other pirates with DIFFERENT map pieces to honor the pirates code of PARLEY. It is OFTEN the case that no one in a guild can sail due to all having the same side of map. This would open up a means for players to swap map pieces in a fair trade - go through the combat optionally just for bragging rights and maybe a little reputation gain but echo it in the Pirates log as "Pirate X parlayed map pieces with Pirate Y in accord with the pirates code."

    ALSO - put some reasonable constraints on the power differences between players who can attack. We have 1M+ power players wiping out small power noobs. Why not have a rank protection system like in wilds where the boat in transit is ranked by the level of its highest member on board and only permit same or similar rules of engagement when levels are not more than +3 above highest member under sail or with a max power differential? Give them a "flag of truce" or make such a flag of truce a droppable item in the arena chests. Also we need a means for guilds to establish hostilities, neutrality or comrades/friends under truce. If a player is in a guild that is at truce/friendship with another person make it an option to fight in pirates or in wilds where both have to assent to it.
