It's 100, and a lot of people have reached that level and are complaining that Tynon isn't doing anything to remove the ceiling.

This. It should cap out at 110, because it was capped as your max level previously...but then they raised the max level to 110 and never increased the max level on talents (or gear).Originally Posted by ChickenWing

The talent should not cap at 110. They should cap at 220 which is double your level. Talents today is 1/2 the power at 100 than black smith.
Credits also cost more.. and it costs a lot more to get rid of the talent cool downs.... again more gems needs to be spent.
It is amazing that Tynon has not increased talents to 220 yet as it would make them earn a hell of a lot more $$$$$$$ from all of those that need to buy gems to remove the cool downs on Thor's day.
I want to make sure that everyone understand that this is my personal opinion and has nothing to do with me being a moderator.
The capping is an attempt allow the lower power players to be able to stay somewhat competitive. I believe that uCool is not just interested in making money (although that is important to them, of course), but also in making the game competitive.
The opinions expressed on this post are my own as a player, not as a Moderator.
If you make the cool downs long enough and costly enough.. it will eventually level it self out.
