    I like the PVE idea, but with the following changes:

    1) Bosses can be new bosses or randomly recycled quest bosses with different forms, but no heroic bosses.
    2) Instead of plans, drop coins and credits or maybe even stars or rep.
    3) Don't make boss scale up with number of players. Just have a series of bosses that increase in power independent of the number of players.

    Use same basic layout as GW but change graphics a bit if possible to clearly differentiate it.

    As for the PVP changed proposals, I don't think using durability as a tiebreaker is a good system. Maybe instead of holding A and G, the winner can be whoever holds D for the most number of rounds? Tiebreaker can be determined by an instant battle in which everyone in the battle fights in a huge battle. On the other hand, I don't see a need to change the current GW. Just leave it as it is I say, but it'd be really cool to add a guild-based or team-based PVE event to the game.
