Also, if both Leagues loos their home city on the same round (it is possible if there is some flip-flop in the movement, but extremely unlikely) then the sides change an the city (A or G) that they currently hold becomes their home base.

Another thing that I gouls like to see is that the players that joined but are not participating do not revive. I think that this alone will make the current GW a much better event.

The 2nd event is not practical. The concept is good, but the selection of the boss is the problem. If you allow the Guild to pick up tho the highest boss that any guild member has beaten then lower level players will get plans that they are not entitled to. If you allow the Guild to pick the highest boss that all the members have beaten it becomes boring. Perhaps the plans dropped should be based on the highest HR boss that each member has beaten (like in Banish) but no higher the the boss that they are fighting. This way the Guild can fight up to the highest level boss that any member has beaten but no one gets plans they are not entitled to.
Maybe i didnt explain this part correctly.

On day one all guilds have access to abomination. if they defeat abomination in the PvE event then they unlock tracker. Its not based on what individuals have done in HR. Its what the guild has accomplished in the Guild PvE event. SO if we did this change today it would take most guilds 2 weeks before they could even challenge Senator Fuses for guardian helms and chest guards. SO it will be boring at first for all of teh established guilds, but great for new servers. But after a few weeks it will be beneficial for everyone as guilds progress to the point where the plans would be beneficial for the guild members,

But that means that on a strong Guild a new player would be able to get Justice plans once the Guild progresses to those bosses. I still think that the drops should be based on each player's HR accomplishments like in Banish. Perhaps Reputation as a reward would be better. Right now getting reputation for the lower level players is painfully slow.
