bad gateway 502 error

server 11 - having trouble staying connected - i get booted and then when i re-load it comes up with bad gateway 502. others havign same problem too.

Same on server 6 as well as main log in window at times and even this forum. It took several refresh's to even get into the forum and getting to this thread had really bad lag.

I tried to put in a ticket but the main support site would not open up. I'll keep trying..............

Same on 96 and the forum itself is giving a 504 gateway error server time out

OK I was able to get a ticket in explain that it is happening on all the servers (as well as the forum at times)...........

Seems to be coming in waves sometimes things are fast and others there is a great LAG or gateway problem.......

71 - same altho now able to get into forums and game (forums took longer) but when i refresh still says badgateway for forum (have to go in clean)

Well everything seems to be working fine now but here is the response I received from the ticket I put in:

1.THE GAME WONT LOAD IN MY BROWSER WHAT DO I DO!!?
•Clear your browser cache
•Try refreshing the page
•Try another browser
•Check to make sure you are not blocking the game
•Try to run this command, ipconfig /flushdns to flush the DNS Resolver Cache

2.I'VE TRIED MULTIPLE BROWSERS AND NONE ARE WORKING!!
•Check to make sure the Flash Player on your computer is working and the latest version
•Check the security settings of your browsers, they may be blocking the game
•Make sure you are actually giving the game the chance to load, sometimes it is slow due to your connection

3.THE GAME WILL ONLY LOAD PART WAY AND THEN IT STOPS
•Check your internet connection, this could be due to you losing your connection in the middle of the loading process View the steps in #1

Typical canned answer for some one that is new to the game. About the only thing that is useful for some one that has been playing all along is

Try to run this command, ipconfig /flushdns to flush the DNS Resolver Cache

Another commend to try after that one is ipconfig /registerdns

One thing that is missing is clearing the Flash cache. The Flash cache is cleared at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then clicking on "Delete all sites". Shutdown and restart the browser after doing that. This should be done in conjunction with clearing the browser cache.

Checking the Flash level should be done periodically in any case. To do that right click anywhere on the game window and select "About Adobe Flash" It will open up a new tab with the info on the level you have and what is available.
