Heaven palace setups

ive looked at all the post containing anything about the HP, but didnt find any reliable info.

i know the time for the HP is different each server for when it sets it up, but any idea to guaranteed a spot in the top 10? any idea on how the palace determins who goes in? ive heard people say you need to refresh with the formation you want to say, ive heard that it takes bainsh form, ive heard that you have to attack the top 4 in the arena several times before it might take the spot, ive heard before 11 pm.

i usually set up for the palace right after baal, i use a different formation in rag and GWs. but once palace comes, it doesnt use neither of those formations or a random one. and its different for each week. are heroes and formation picked at different times?

I think heavens palace needs change and it shouldnt do it based on arena rank at all, it should do it based on the strongest players INSIDE the realm they are. Like on my server. The other 2 realms "CHEAT" and drop people down so they can gain 100 score. I am so sick of this. Its not fair to the rest of the little people. Yes I call it cheating. I dont even bother with HP Anymore. IT ISN'T worth my time. Its boring.

they way the pick the people *if only 3 realms* is the top 3 in arena and 1 that is in 4th place. I don't know if they rotate the realms on the last spot or if its random, never payed attention. The way the figure out you formation is at midnight, they use the last time you fought in arena, weather you won or lost. So if you where in baal formation and at top 3, and someone hit you, and that is the last time that day that you where hit, no did you hit anyone else, if you are still in top 3, then that is the formation that is used for hp.

We do this on our server, and it's meant to help the smaller players catch up with the bigger ones. It's just healthy for a server to do that. No big player benefits from this, but all the medium and small players gain a huge advantage because they get the rewards too.

on 1-10 they only chose top 2 of the arena from each of the 5 realms

The formations that take the spots before around 10.30 pm server time get in arena.
If you want a certain formation in Heaven Palace, you need to take the spot in arena with that formation.
If you get hit when you have the spot, the formation will reset to the one currently held at that time.
If you hit a stake or fight someone else, the formation will reset the the formation that you are holding at that time.
(though there is a glitch at work that will put in the reserve instead of main in these cases, if they are unlocked)

If you want a certain formation in Heaven palace, you need to take the spot with that formation and not have any arena fights till server reset.
If you had a fight, win or lose, you will have to redo it.

This week my guild (old server) is doing some testing of different conditions. Over the next two weeks we are going to try to test what happens if some one that was already in 1st or 2nd all week stays there but powers down to do a hit on Friday. This has to be carefully staged because it involves having a low power player in 1st or 2nd all week in case it does not work.

The problem is that the game is not designed to have a good player retention, so we do our best to find ways that help players interested in the game by allowing everyone to compete.
