TBH. For the fact that by the time you get her with 3.8 Million REP... She doesn't do enough. She is only a single target hero. This is a pretty big disadvantage in CWF. She also does not STUN every time she hits if the opponent has high def skills even when she does the dmg. Now if they made it so she stuns every time she hits, that would be nice. She also does miss. When she does it is like the highest hero adding NO value in the line up for that round. Keep in mind at the very top, you are lucky if you get 2 rounds in the fight. So she is no where near over powered and they would be nuts to even think of nerfing her. There is nothing to nerf. I would say that in terms of hits she land, she is exactly like Shayd, but with a little more built in 40 + hit which helps her slightly. Nothing to go crazy over. The damage is double Shayd, but that is to be expected, since on mages, the + Skill attack on the spirit has no effect. The Spirit is 1/2 the value for mages as it is for melee classes. Not fair and should add "+Magic Skill Attack"
I believe one of the reasons for mages is to give you the ability to have a decent damage dealer/support/control hero without the need for expensive spirits, both in terms of coins, gems, time, and lab runs/tokens. That is partially one of the reasons that when fully geared out and runed out, they are inferior to physical heroes. However, due to the fact they slide by with less runes and lower spirits, they are a much more inexpensive investment than physical heroes.

So think of mages as requiring less initial investment to be effective, but with a low return on investment later on. To make a mage effective, all you need is to pump the staff level, add rubies, and level up intenseness, preciseness, and infallibility/reliability. On the other hand, physical heroes require both godly swords and spirits, sapphires and obsidians, and ideally all 3 of the 100-frag runes as well as advantage in addition to preciseness to be fully effective. If you have the spirits and runes, I'd say a physical hero is nearly always a better choice in terms of direct combat.
