Dell xps420 running windows 7 ultamite
Stakes changing before the cool down timer has counted down to 0,
When in the arena I select gems for stakes, when the change/stakes timer gets to zero, the stakes available change as do the stakes I already am waiting for (100 gems )..
This is the third time this has happened.. I want my 300 gems back.....

Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.
