Lab Formation - Maria

With my first lab this morning, I had a formation glitch.
I went into the first free lab, got the usual Fail to Sync error, refreshed and came back into it.
My formation going in was:

Herja - Theseus - Khan
Maria - Leader - XXX
Sub - Amhose Nekhbet

I didn't notice this for a while, but Maria never made it into the lab battles. She was replaced with Nekhbet from the start. Each time I hit a fire of life (Normally I don't need to) my formation would revert back to Nekhbet being where Maria should have been. I moved nothing before or after the lab started. This has never happened, but fully and completely wasted a lab run today.
Lab run #2 - Maria is in formation and working now, but dies almost immediately, is replaced by sub and is gone for the rest of the lab.

EDIT: The labs were so laggy that I am surprised I was able to make it through them as it is.

Nope, but i never use maria. On level 3 i penth the lab, otherwise i use banish form

Anyone having issues with Maria in Lab's?

this is how the sub works in lab its not an issue everytime your sub is used and than you heal completely at some point your formation will always be with the sub and without the hero who had died in his place. So for example if you had maria as sub and your ahmose dies in the first round everytime you get full heal maria would be there in the formation instead of ahmose.

Maria is useless past Lab 2 Normal (Except Lab 3 Easy, which is worthless). In Lab 2 Hard+, Khan and Queen Penn are my only heroes that can stay alive.

I have been using the same form for a long time. It always does the same, decent job. Today, Maria died on the first 20 point battle, each lab I did.

Yes, I can use Banish formation with stunners also, but I would rather use maria and khan like I have for a while.

I'm not arguing formation here. I'm wondering what happened overnight to make my maria die so instantly.

Anyhow, since then I have figured it out anyway. My formation's have been randomly moving all day. For baal, my normal formation was totally mangled and the same for 3 labs today. I believe it has to do with the ridiculous amounts of lag recently and that after every refresh, certain things I may have done before the refresh revert back, like I never did them. So, in other words, I can set a formation, refresh and it's like I never moved anything.

Yeah, I've had the same problem sporadically for a while now. You set formation, but then next time you open formation it hasn't changed. Most annoying part is sometimes it lets you REMOVE heroes but not move or add them. Often screwed me over during Banish, since full the full 20 or so minute's I'd be trying to change form, but end up only having my main in the form. Earlier this week had the same problem with my inventory.. I could try to sell, abandon, or move things between my inventory and bank, but next time I opened up the inventory or bank, the things are back in their original locations. Very frustrating.
