    Critical Runes on Mages

I was looking at the people involved in the Championship Warfare and noticed many of the mages (Herja mostly) are being equipped with the Advantage Rune for Critical hits. I thought that mages were NOT able to give critical hit damage to opponents. Can someone clear this up, please? Are mage types able to critical hit or not? Thanks!

Herja is not a Mage. She is a utility. It may be that Advantage works for her, but I have no idea.

Herja isn't a mage, she is support. Mages do not crit.
But there are claims that it does benefit mages, there is no consensus on this so this comment is worth very little.
As for why people would put it on herja...Either there is some benefit that I am not aware of or they are just filling a slot for the sake of filling it.

they are just filling a slot for the sake of filling it.
You got it, since vengeance / skill attack/ phy attack give zero power boost to herja , and since a crit rune still gives a power boost, even though she doesn't use crit for anything but a power boost.

While on the topic, is their a rune that increases the morale up and down. I am not sure if intenseness increases since that is a magic rune and herja is not a mage. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do not put anything except defensive runes on herja. Advantage and Inflatability are commonly used on mages but they are completely worthless.

Infallibility are not worthless at all on mages.
I don't know the exact mechanics, but putting it on Shayd greatly increases damage to WBs during Banish. Most people attribute this to either making her stun more of miss less.

Infallibility on Smoulder, Djehuty, or Mulan makes a noticeable difference in how much damage they deal when fighting other players.

Not sure if they help other mages though. Maybe it helps Queen Bryn stun and hit more as well? Most likely they won't offer any benefit at all to the blue and white mages.

Some bosses can block magic attacks, so for those bosses, anti-block runes will be effective on mages. Otherwise, it doesn't do anything, since the chance to be blocked is already zero.

But I've tested it in arena numerous times, and adding Infallibility on Mulan or Smoulder or Djehuty does indeed increase their damage. Is that unintended?
