im not getting online gifts have refreshed many time and my boyfreind in same cpu gets his

You only get them if you completed all of them on the prior day. If you have not then you should get it starting with where you left off on the prior day and refreshing after that will not bring them back until the next day. If this is not your issue then use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.
