Did the trick for me after 300-400 tries at around 32M power. Best offensive set on Blood, second best on Adam. Get high nimble/resistance on both Adam and Blood as well.

Thanks Yelsha and all. This did the trick for me, except I used Thesus in place of Rhize. Only took a few tries.

I just beat Veleno for a friend who was stuck. Got him quickly. Here's what I used:

Sub: Queen Penth

His Queen Penth is a saint 4 with 5 stars, so it's a fairly reliable form I believe. Nothing that needs a super buffed hero in order to succeed.

I put a messiness on alci.

Queen Penth had very low runes, overall, as can be seen:
Endurance level 10
Vengeance level 10
Advantage level 9
Preciseness level 9
Infalability level 9
Resistance level 9
Nimbleness level 9
Burliness level 9

I went with it hoping that queen penth wouldn't be hit with critical hits.

If it doesn't work, it might be because HP is too low for Queen Penth and Alci. Putting Maria in can remedy the problem, and placing alci as sub and main top row (to allow alci to tank the top row long enough):

When I fought Veleno on both my servers, I had 5 level 4 level 9 runes total across all 6 heroes. Most my runes were level 7 or 8, I had Preciseness 9 on Shayd, Vengeance 9s on Blood/Adam and Advantage 9s on Rhize/Adam, level 8s and zero 100-frag runes on every other hero. Its possible to beat Veleno before you are advanced enough along where Queen Penn can tank him.

adding to the helpful form info a lot of times i don't have the same toons built up as others. i just this week finally beat veleno and with two different forms. i'm 55 mil power with mostly all level 9 runes (a few lvl 8 defensive ones still and a lvl 10 preciseness on shayd and vengence on adam who is also the only one with a lb spirit)

just to make sure this is about veleno-veleno and not about the poison lord veleno or the other one that is named inside veleno but something else in the listing

managed to beat veleno (light relics) today at 28.5 mil power. Used the cassie formation.

Edit: Took a ton of dodge (lvl 10 on rhize, 10 on blood, 10 on main) and a lvl 11 precisness on shayd. Blood hitting the veleno for 120k a pop helped too.

Forgot exact form, but I used Calvin, Herja, Adam, Rhize. Sub Queen P. Main dies first, something like that. With correct form, this group can beat Veleno in under 30mil power.
