that is because there is 3 different generations of players depending on when they started. the last and most recent generation seems to advance really fast but is screwed when it comes to gathering rep unless they are in the top 3 of their server. those players however are most likely the ones that will give you the "i beat them with..." thing. best is not to try to copy others forms but look at them as a benchmark of some sort, to give you an idea about who dies first and were, who dies as a "damage diversion", etc and then replace those heroes with your own. to make an example: if someone got maria and pent in their form you could substitute pent for saf or ahmose, both tanks and hope for a heal at the right time. or someone got a 15 star pent that is doing better than someone elses 15 star saff but both get the job done.
this is just to illustrate that all forms are suggestions to give you an idea on how it can work. you will see a lot of similar things where someone suggests shayd to stun a mob and another will suggest bryn for example.
again: look at forms you find in the guilds, servers, replays and forums as a suggestion, benchmark of some sort to give you an idea and then solve the puzzle accordingly with your own heroes.
