Servers down?

3 servers which I play on are currently a bit down
104 my main is not being merged but is currently down when i get in it fails to sync 3 times this has happened and ive had to refresh stright away

P.s. Dont dare tell me to clear my cache
P.p.s. How do I make a thing at the bottom of each of my posts where I can customize to say something - Hope this makes sense I think its called a sig not sure
