all you have been doing is moaning and crying about server being dead... others are the same and run by 1 guild.. but do you see me moaning constantly about it... no.. and spawn was posting information which shouldnt of been posted in a forum

im in the same guild as spawn an the rest, i logged in not that long ago to see a whole shi!tstorm had blown in.... im still trying to work out exactly what the hell happened and why it is that 90% of my guild has been banned from forum.

I dont condone or reject whatever has passed between guild members and dawn or mods or whoever deleted their posts and placed a ban on them. i can however sympathize with fellow guildies in their frustrations - not just because of the dominance of 1 particular guild on our server (tho that irks the hell out of me), but primarily because our pleas for a merge seemed to fall on deaf ears.

The player in question was advocating players do "chargebacks" for purchases they have made. To do this, they must lie to their credit card company and say they did not receive the goods they purchased. This is fraud and we have absolutely zero tolerance for it. Doing a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account closure and advocating it on the forums will result in an immediate forum ban.

Two other players have been temporarily suspended for 1 day so they could cool down. I doubt those 3 players constitute 90% of your guild.

I actually regret not seeing #86 (US West) on this list. Anywhere we can petition to get on board before it's too late?

No he dint, I read the posts and the others did too. You gave lifetime bans to 2 of those 3, might check again and then read your forum rules. He has the posts and nowhere did it say anything about charge back

On server 11 that could be possible. I mean they keep telling us how dead that server is.
But thank you dawn for your post, I know its not standard policy to comment on actions taken against people's accts because of privacy. But I think what you did was needed and very appropriate. You continue to surprise and amaze me at how high you can rise when needed.

yes it did.. the information posted was showing how chargebacks can be done so maybe you should think twice before as you say 'popping off'

They are a guide line.

its a privately owned forum. If you set one up yourself and wanted to ban someone for any reason you could, so can uCool and they did. get over it.

At least dawn took the time to explain what happened for everyone to see. now even I am not being entertained anymore by these posts.. SO either entertain us or take it to private messages with dawn,
