There is a solution to all this madness and for way for TYNON to make a great profit and make the players happy.

1. Make character transfers possible with a fee (to the same time zone servers) like world of war craft
2. Limit what they can bring and cap coins and credits to stop mules. Also limit cards to 1 per hero type and 1 stack of 99 materials
3. Reduce their star and saints by -5 (dropping them substantially)
4. Reduce the title rank a full 1 rank and the rep to go along with it (to rebuild) - this will be especially painful for high power players if they are past Blood
5. Each transfer escalated in cost (1st time = $29, 2nd time = $59, 3rd time = $99) and cap at 3 transfers (can also make this GEM cost)
6. Lose all guild technologies and have to start over from none

If the server mergers will continue, then think about merging servers with the same people on multiple servers. Why allow for duplicate characters from the same account? Merge them! Send them back to where they originally came from.

Am just wondering is both the servers that are going to merge I have a character in both of the affected servers how?

The player in question was advocating players do "chargebacks" for purchases they have made. To do this, they must lie to their credit card company and say they did not receive the goods they purchased. This is fraud and we have absolutely zero tolerance for it. Doing a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account closure and advocating it on the forums will result in an immediate forum ban.

Two other players have been temporarily suspended for 1 day so they could cool down. I doubt those 3 players constitute 90% of your guild.

No extreme violence or illegal activity
Discussion of extreme, graphic or shocking violence or any illegal activity or drug use is not allowed and strictly enforced.

To me it is clear. You purchase the Gems and they were delivered. Attempting to get your money back because of non delivery is fraud.

It looks like the first merger was a test, and this batch should fix the worst problems. Are more mergers planned for the near future, or is this it for now?

A couple of questions. Will Water realm meld with water realm etc Or will there be one big realm. When is it gonna happen? ie what date and what time zone, keeping in mind Friday in USA is Saturday Eastern Pacific.

Ummm NO. I disagree. Someone threatening charge back on the forum is not a violation of anything except and it is a free speech. It is like saying, I am going to one day do durgs. Then cops show up at your door and arrest you for saying something that did not happen yet.

As I said, the forum rules state (emphasis added)

This is not a public forum. It is a private forum that has stated rules. The owner of the forum has a right to make the rules and enforce them. If you do not like the rules then get out. If you violate them then you will be kicked out. It is a simple as that.
