Ummm NO. I disagree. Someone threatening charge back on the forum is not a violation of anything except and it is a free speech. It is like saying, I am going to one day do durgs. Then cops show up at your door and arrest you for saying something that did not happen yet.

The player in question was advocating players do "chargebacks" for purchases they have made. To do this, they must lie to their credit card company and say they did not receive the goods they purchased. This is fraud and we have absolutely zero tolerance for it. Doing a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account closure and advocating it on the forums will result in an immediate forum ban.

Two other players have been temporarily suspended for 1 day so they could cool down. I doubt those 3 players constitute 90% of your guild.

I have just read through 7 pages of gabble about someone i don't want to know about only to reach the end of the thread and still not find when the actual merge for my server will be.

If you unhappy about something, go add it to the thread for "IM UNHAPPY ABOUT STUFF NOONE CARES ABOUT".

This is only the beginning of server mergers. If competition declines, any server will be eligible for merger. We'll be doing a lot more, as needed!

Tynon and uCool don't give out pre-emptive details of when servers will merged, they're announced when each batch is imminent. Good luck next time .

If you ask for your money back to tynon the forums is the right place for that but not agasint the credit card companies as dawnseeker pointed out that is fraud

We allow conversation on the Tynon game, and occasional off-topic conversations. We allow posts that are critical and/or negative. We want players to feel free to express themselves, as long as they do so responsibly while following the forum guidelines.

That said, there is no right to free speech on this forum. It is a private forum, run by a private company for the use of our players. Player use is conditional and may be revoked at any time, for any reason. If anyone doesn't follow the rules we have set up, they will have their posting privileges removed, and the courts will not intervene.

Why is that, because your alts will be on the same server?

As suggestion in another thread by me why would I forfeit most of the hard work and money I have put in my toon to see it reduced to half when I go to another server. I might as well then start a new toon on the server I want to go. The server merges done now works fine. Having alts I think it too much hard work and I don't have time for my toon let alone start an alt.

This is not a private game. This is a public game. This game was intended for anyone to play and thus open's door to interpretation of this forum abiding by the TOA of the game maker.

Stating things on the forum unless it is acted upon should not be executed by the game maker. The thread can be closed, it can be deleted, etc, but suspension seems excessive.

Also I am not condoning this behavior, I am just trying to be fair to all parties.

The only thing the person did wrong was express his views and state things that may give others ideas of doing the same thing. There is a lot of propaganda out there that does the same thing against presidents, and high officials, we do not incarcerate them for a day or two in a jail as a result of it unless it is Russia with Putin as the two headed monkey running it, or the Taliban.

We are neither and I hope Tynon is not as well.

Lol, we know we have the right to NOTHING besides paying and playing, but, when u say it so open it makes us so clearly stupid doesn't it?
