OK put it this way. When you create an account with Tynon/uCool you agree to their Terms of Service (TOS) which states that Tynon/uCool reserve the right to close any account. If they decide that you have violated their TOS, they are within their rights to do this and since you, the person who got their account banned is in the wrong, they are under no obligation to refund you. Try and argue whatever legal angle you want, you make it official, you'll lose and that's if any attorney is dumb enough to take it on.

Now before we all forget what this thread is really about lets return to the server merges. Hope it's going great for you guys.

Why should they give him a refund? He got the items he spent the money on. And I think threatening to charge back even though he got the items that he payed for just because he was not happy with the game is a good reason to kick him. I might think differently if it was because he spent his money and didn't get what he paid for and tynon refused to fix it, but that was not the case here. He was mad over something that had nothing to do with his purchases. You can't go to a ballgame and decide that you don't like how the game is going, then decide your going to charge back what you spent on refreshments or souvenirs. Imo, that's exactly what he was threatening to do here.

to get this thread back on the actual subject (and yes i know i too have commented on what happened to this particular player, so refrain from pointing that out to me) do we have any idea when the next round of mergers will be? or even if there will be a next round?

What is the highest top 5 power players on your server?

Why would this destroy the balance? Yo can always form alliances and share cities and maybe get to 6.25 Bil banish and such?

I am the top power player from my server
Sad but true There are no big coiners on my server, I think at Vip 5 I am already one of highest coiners on my server.

And you've already experienced my power... or rather lack of it... during Round 4 of the last CWF.

Our top 20 players wouldn't stand up to ExecDude for a single battle in GW.
