Two of the guilds battled quite evenly, and one (my guild) liked to be a nemesis.... On this new merged server, it's been totally imbalanced since day 1. The top 3 players are in one guild, and each of their power is greater than most guilds. Theycontrol all of the cities (sans one 20% rep) and also control several alt guilds. If tynon wants this game to be about the individual, then they're doing great. But for guilds, they're not. Several top players from 73, who were very active, have quit due to this imbalance, and the merged server (64/68/73) is becoming deader by the day. Just my 2 cents.
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you but sadly this is how mergers for any game can work out. For some it's a complete success, for others like yourself it's miserable and this is where I'm afraid you need to adapt. Mergers create a brand new playing field and server type so use that to your advantage!

To a degree, I'll agree with you. Tynon players badly wanted (and needed) mergers but I really think most were unprepared for what actually could happen. I've played other games and had the servers I've played on merged which have (for me) gone either way. Usually badly if the guild/alliance/league was unprepared. The normal explanations given by the losing side are 'they had much bigger players/mist be cheating/have weapons of mass destruction'. It's rare for any one to ever compliment another team or player for being actually good and well prepared.

As for alts and alt guilds, then the only solution is to report them. Yes it seems that no matter how many times you write to CS nothing seems to be done. However, if lots of people keep mail bombing them, the more likely Tynon will investigate.
