and yes matt for the 100,234,851,762nd time your solution won't work either as that gives the host too much power and will just boot the top plapyers from his guild leaving them powerless to do anything against that guild. So the buffs have to be won so even if something like tht happens now that players can join another guild and take back thosse buffs from the guild he was booted originally.
