I am very concerned about your recent actions to several of my guild members. To issue a lifetime ban to someone for posting in a public forum about a game that we all invest time and money seems to be a violation , considering there wasn't a warning.You have banned all of my guild from posting here, who has stuck up for Spawn and what you claim he did wrong and neither did Anthony Or Brash for that matter. All the errors and failures that occur in this game, you offer minimal reimbursement , if any at all, but fail to solve the problem. You continued to expand the servers until you realized you weren't growing. People were just creating new accts on newer servers. But hey i am sure I am next although this is my 1st ever post here. same as Brash yet you suspended her forever to! Banning people for not doing anything wrong, is wrong! If a person doesnt post in forums , they can post on the actual server..Imagine how many are posting and exchanging heavier data that you cant monitor or control, but yet they fly underneath the radar and avoid your ban..You can warn and limit , but to totally ban is overboard and makes us wonder what censorship is next

i think you will find... tynon owners do not need a reason to do anything... its there game there rules and also they can ban for any reason they see fit... its alwways the same on online games you dont like it... dont play them simple

all you have been doing is moaning and crying about server being dead... others are the same and run by 1 guild.. but do you see me moaning constantly about it... no.. and spawn was posting information which shouldnt of been posted in a forum

im in the same guild as spawn an the rest, i logged in not that long ago to see a whole shi!tstorm had blown in.... im still trying to work out exactly what the hell happened and why it is that 90% of my guild has been banned from forum.

I dont condone or reject whatever has passed between guild members and dawn or mods or whoever deleted their posts and placed a ban on them. i can however sympathize with fellow guildies in their frustrations - not just because of the dominance of 1 particular guild on our server (tho that irks the hell out of me), but primarily because our pleas for a merge seemed to fall on deaf ears.

WHat people should keep in mind. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC FORUM.

This is a private forum owned and operated by uCool. They can do whatever they want regardless of the posted forum rules and there is not a thing anyone can do about it. Being banned from this forum for any reason is not grounds for any legal action.

Now with taht being said let the trolling continue its very entertaining

LMFAO then they need to put that in the forum rules instead of giving many people lifetime bans in a public forum where nothing they said or did was against ANY rules.
