i saw the gems is coming many time in my arena stake but when is time up for the 1 being progress...i click on arena try to click on the gems next.......and its gone??/wat happen to it???? i mean iam vip7 ..any1 kno how to explain this pls ty

You get autocollect at vip3, so arena will automatically collect your stakes for you. Since you are vip7, you have autocollect.Originally Posted by hieuphan1968_5872126
Other than that, arena stakes refresh every 60 minutes. If your current stake timer runs out after stakes refresh, you lose whatever stake options you had sitting there. Its best to select gem stakes first for that reason.

This has happened to me a few times, plenty of time before refresh and when it is time to select the gem stakes they suddenly turn into exp points. I sent a ticket about this and they say it is an issue that they have heard about and will get back to me, albeit awhile ago now.
