I set auto-grind on for a chestplate, LB. It didn't stop when the item amount was reached, kept on grinding. This is likely a bug. It was beast teeth it didn't stop on.

that happened to me a couple times , since i keep monitoring the grinding i stop it and start on a different item , but this need to be fixed.
If you start the grind from the plan screen, make sure that you are not clicking on an item that you already have enough of. I have done that a couple of times and the result is what you said.
