Are you sure about that? When I was using credit boosts for things like Cerberus, Baal and Ragnarok, nearly every attempt failed. I would make 9 or 10 attempts and if I was lucky one of them would succeed, yet the credits were gone. Say what you like, this is something that MANY folks who play the game have experienced. And besides, why even have a fail rate for credit boosts, unless you are trying to force people to spend money for gems? What is the harm in letting folks get what they're expecting? To offer credit boosts and then have them "fail" is a pretty sorry way to run a game if you ask me. It's akin to false advertisement because the only way you even learn about the high chance of failure is to click the button that says credit boost and see that alert that the boost failed. As for the cards being rigged, let me elaborate a bit because it seems there is some misunderstanding about what I said. In the Heavenly Tavern, you have 5 cards. They are lined up and shown then turned over. Now let's say you see a couple purples and an orange. You click on the card that held the orange and suddenly the card is right next to the card you clicked. It isn't 2 cards over or 3 cards over, it is right next to your chosen card. However, if you click on any other cards, it is in the exact spot you saw it. I have done this using credits for reshuffles many times and every time it is the same.
