Recruiting KT

I know I should probably know this, but... When recruiting King Theseus do I have to recruit him from my title with 500m coins, or can I just get him from the tavern right away with 2k spirits. Because atm I have 250m coins saved up and i dont want to hold on to such a large amount if i don't have to in the first place.

(Bear in mind I already had bloodstorm before the big update, so i don't fully understand how it works)

Yes, this is correct (recruited KT with spirits myself instead of using so much gold).

you can recruit him with the spirits. did it, much much cheaper.
