In a blue war, I'd imagine the highest power players would still have the same advantages. In fact, equipment, runes, and talents make even more of a difference since people will be using the same heroes and most likely the blues in use will have the same quality of stars, saintings, etc. I cannot imagine someone taking the time to ramp a blue hero just for, "blue wars."

It may bee fun though to see how many actual player's real formations on my server I will be able to beat on my server using an all-blue team
