Putting Calvin first has nothing to do with the number of rounds it takes unfortunately. I did (with 100 morale and massive damage gear). Damage wasn't the problem, as I d said.... Calvin in or out, makes no diffference. Has to be something to do with sheer number of players in, which really penalizes the quiet servers, since there's nothing we can do if we aren't on the merge list.

I'd pay gems to be able to server transfer. Other games allow that. uCool should think about it !
