[I shure am glad I don't pay to play like some of my guild brothers and sisters over on 42,and 49....and look here no change on 29 the only server that really needed it ...oh the developers server hu...I worked very hard for my guilds to keep them in the position they had but you Tynon are so greedy want more competition...cards cost what and at the fair! Stars cost what and they have a fail chance I had a card fail with 97% success rate this better be changed to no fail chance...wow pure greed it is why I don't buy gems and you tricked me into creating an account in the first place by the claim of a free game, try to see how high you can get when you relly on the stupid gems to spawn...what a joke...stupid software designers. If you have not pay any thing to play the game there are no financial damages. Since no one is forcing to play the game, there are no damages at all. If you do not like the way the game works, then stop playing or offer constructive criticism.

As far as the ones that have paid money, the money was paid for gems that can be used to obtain items in the game and to obtain special privileges like having additional queues. All the items advertised and special functions that we (yes, I am a coiner) paid for were delivered so there is no basis for a law suit.

There is no contract involved in playing the game. You agreed to the ToS (http://www.tynon.com/terms/) when you oppend the account and that is binding on you. There is nothing in the ToS that says that the game has to meet your expectations.

I am closing this tread because it serves no useful purpose and we already had too many discussions of this type that degenerated into postings that violated the forum rules.
