What does it take to be able to get to learn/purchase the Loyalty Card (5% Reputation Bonus per level when ever gaining reputation) in Technologies?
We have a Level 6 Guild and it shows up in the Tech section as available for 1000 guild funds for it's Level 1 to buy into but it is never available to claim even if you have personally have plenty of guild funds available.
Guild level doesn't have to do with the research. Your guild needs to upgrade the science museum to get to the right level for that tech to be available to you.

Oh Thank You we have enough funds for that, just have to spread the word and take a vote....
One word of caution. The Loyalty Card does not work in the Arena, but that is not really a problem nowt that the looser of a fight also get Reputation. Just just keep on attacking until you have reach the daily cap. Unfortunately, you are not told by the game how much reputation you gained or if you have reached the daily cap when you loose the fight. The only way to tell is by putting the mouse pointer over the reputation amount in the upper left of the screen before and after the fight and see if you gained any reputation. If you have not, then you reached the cap. I opened a ticket in the not working in the arena.
I have heard that it also does not work in Guild Wars, but I have not verified this. I have verified that it does work in Banish.

Hi Andy, if you leave the chat box set to All you can see the rep you get from each fight.
Not when you loose the fight, at least not for me.
