Crafted guardian spirit rolled back to a hope bringer spirit

I crafted a champion spirit to a guardian spirit,then fought Cerb the day before yesterday,then refreshed and noticed I wasn't hitting as much as I had been,but couldn't find what was wrong for awhile,but now I see that the guardian spirit I crafted on calvin is now a hope bringer spirit.I don't know what happened,can you look into it and see please,and hopefully give me back my real spirit? You did not mention it, but I assume that you have cleared the Browser and Flash cache and then refreshed. That is the first thing you need to do when strange things like this happen.

The Flash cache is cleared at http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html and then clicking on "Delete all sites".

If that does not help Look in the Blacksmith and see if your Guardian spirit is listed on another Hero or without a Hero. If on another Hero then giver it to Calvin.

If without a Hero then it is in your inventory but may be hidden behind another item. This can happen even if there are open slots. Look at the two numbers separated by a slash at the bottom of the window. If the fist number plus the number of open slots is higher that the second number you have hidden items. The first thing is to do a Sort All. That combines items up to the staking limit so it can clear some slots and the Spirit may now be visible. If that doe not help then the only way that I know off is to move each item stack to an empty slot until the hidden item pops up in the slot you just vacated. Repeat until the first number plus the number of slots equals the second number. You need to do this in both the hero inventory and the Bank.

If there are no hidden items then use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.

Do not waste time moving if the counts count is not wrong. Also if you do have to open a ticket tell dem all that you have done.

ok I have already done everything you suggested and no change,but thanks for what you said,at least if something happens again I know where to start
