    Thanks everyone for the good laughs today. This has been quite entertaining.
    Its funny to me because I post something - people mock me for it and disagree with it - then weeks to months later agree with what I posted before.
    The only people making complete sense in this thread so far are herby,boo and deuc
    1. you cant be for the cap and want it changed - Ive said it before. So stop asking for a different cap - stand up and demand no cap
    2. The fact that I have seen reports of the HP of the 6.25b banish boss being glitched suggests it was released prematurely or programmed poorly

    I have suggested before that banish and other things like the arena itself be changed to GUILD EVENTS - This would totally redo things in some servers. I still stand by that suggestion. In fact I have an entire thread where I outlined how to do this and change the whole game around to promote competition.
    The ability to trigger a 6.25b banish is not logical given the cap - so turn it off
    refreshing to start the next round on time is not a glitch it is not cheating. _ so herby and Pussyriot stop whining about that

    Well, I agree to a point Matt. I think they should fix the reload issue and all will be solved.

    Also only if they would offer server transfers as a paid for service...

    The negative HP is caused by a integer overflow error.

    Read this to understand it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer_(computer_science)

    And Matt it's widely known you want the cap removed and it's already been stated by Dawnseeker, it stays. All I've suggested is either an adjustment or maybe some extra items included for the future. This is going to affect everyone eventually and no matter how the cap slows growth, there will come a point where most will have a 6.25b Banish. Then who will be laughing.

    It has badly nerfed the smaller players share, to a point where less and less want to do Banish. It's concerning me as it's becoming an elite event when it was intended as a realm wide one. You could say no one boost, which is fine up to a point but you can guarantee the competitive streak in most players will end up with everyone boosting again. As I said in reality it's not practical.

    See Morgan now your getting to the heart of the real issue and why the cap should be completely removed. You just pointe dout what the dev team did not think about.

    I will use my realm as an example.

    The cap has not slowed the top players down that much. Maybe a little bit - but not much. In fact the 2 top players in my realm (myself and specwar) are making leaps and bounds in how much damage we do in banish. We combine now for at least 60% of total damage. 3rd place takes 10-15% then 4th place is I think 6%.

    So the cap is really hurting the small players
    Sure it might be slowing down pussy riot and exec on their servers. But for highly populated servers - like 1-10- its killing the small players
    The cap does not help anyone. It punishes everyone and the smaller you are the more you are punished.

    So any cap of any kind is going to punish the smaller players more than the bigger players. The bigger players will just get even bigger and make their avg damage per round go up - in fact the cap spurred many top players to do that faster then normal. Thereby making it so there is less damage for the smaller players to do.

    SO my point still stands
    You cant like the cap and want it changed. If you like the cap at all you like the smallest players being punished and like the fact they get punished more then the top players - because that is exactly what this cap has done.
    Now to herby's point of spreading out - that may work on newer servers, but 1-10 cant spread out any more - we are too populated - so once again the original players who helped get this game off the ground get punished more then the newer players

    Once again refreshing is not a problem period - stop whining about it.

    So now that you are all starting to realize how the cap punishes the smaller more than the bigger players - maybe you will strat to agree with me that the cap needs GONE
    Dawn's comments on the cap said that they are not READY to remove the cap at this time - which leads me to believe tehy will change or remove it at some point- probably no later then when the 2nd sub slot opens.

    SO until the cap is changed or removed I agree with DNX

    Cap is necessary to slow down this game enough for the dev to catch up with new content. I hope you understand that and stop bitching.

    Because your bitching is not going to change a damn thing except create headaches for some.

    The last comment is totally off topic. But, as for the rest - The devs keep nerfing things to slow us down until new content shows up. The problem is it seems they all are spending time on figuring out how to slow us down and not on new content. The solution to this whole thing is for them to actually give us new content! I've seen numerous changes in the beginning and mid game - all unnecessary. Why not spend that effort on working on the end game and expanding it???

    How about if anything that is beyond the Cap is distributed to the other players that did not reach the cap based on the % of damage they did? No resources lost.
