lost guild

got on a few minutes ago and found I had been booted from my guild (Hero) and the guild eliminated. the host did not do it. so how does someone get in and delete our guild? I've spent good money on this game buying gems and using them to help build up the guild only to find someone can come in and do this. Your use of small percentages to get people to spend more is understandable (although frustrating at times) since you want people to spend, but this guild problem is unacceptable. If you want me to keep spending you will make it right.

If the Host did not do it then have the Host use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure he include the server, his game name snf the in that server, and the name of the Guid in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket. If the Host is not available (gone missing) then submit the ticket yourself.

you need to have safeguards like a time period to notify a guild member before he can be booted or requiring multiple members to agree to boot or allow contributions to follow the member...basically your system has allowed someone to take money I spent on your game from me...why should I invest any more real money.

A Guild is not a democracy. It is an autocracy. The Host controls the Guild and can do whatever he wants with it. That is the way it works. Perhaps you should form your on Guild. If the Host of of Guild is taking advantage of the players then you should not have any problems getting the other members of that Guild to join you.

In any case, you said in your original post that the Guild had been eliminated and the Host did not do it. Ho is he taking advantage of you then?

I didn't say our host took advantage of me. I'm fine with the autocracy if you make it so I don't lose my unused contributions just because anyone, host or someone else decides to boot me. I paid the money to put the gems in. Give me some time to spend them before leaving.

Once you've left a guild, then the contributions you've made are gone for good. I'm sorry, there is nothing that can be done. You can plead your case to CS but I doubt anything will come of it.
