Cant change realms

So I have got 150 gems Ive disbanded my guild and now I want to change to forest realm
But I cant because it say that I need to disembark from ship, however, IM NOT IN A GUILD

I think there 3 day cooldown for joining another for the host of guild after he/she disbands theirs. This is probably why you can't change realms.

So what I did is already disband the guild
that was 72 hours ago and now the guild does NOT exist whatsoever
Now I should be allowed to change realms but when I click change realm its say first disembark ship
However, I am NOT in a guild so how do I need to disembark a ship if I am NOT in a guild

it said this to me,just go to cp click a ship and go back,hope it works

But you cant enter cp if youre not in a guild

Alright in future if anyone needs the answer to solve this problem you must log out of your account and log back in

I've seen people without guilds put their maps out, so it is possible that you boarded a ship. Double check that you're not on a ship then try again. Don't forget the top and bottom ships. If you're not, then send in a ticket.
