I do not agree with 9 or 21. They would make the gap between players bigger.

On 10 the cap should be based on the player's level. If I am 109 then cap is 109.

On 18 instead of having another useless Rag, upgrade the Rag rewards to be in line with reality. The same goes for the Arena and HP rewards (10 Rep reward is insulting).

I assume you are fucicious on 15, 16, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 so I will not comment on those.
