Tynon's miserliness

I can see that tynon wants you to burn a lot of gems and money trying to upgrade stars to 7, 8, or more. What really pisses me off though is Tynon does the same thing if you are trying to get a measly 3rd star. Why can't tynon be a little less profit oriented below 5 or six stars. We aren't all vip 3 or better. I don't believe the odds tynon posts on stars either. If you get multiple chances at a supposed 72% success rate and fail everytime it isn't just your bad luck.

VIP status does not affect the success rate of Stars. Tynon did change the Star system to remove loosing Stars when you failed and that reduced the number of medals needed significantly. And success and failure is pure luck.
